A remarkable brewing blend with a 90% rice polishing ratio and an astonishing 40% koji ratio, twice the normal amount. It fully brings out the rich and distinctive flavors of the rice. The exotic aroma is achieved through the combination of carefully crafted "yeast" and "rice koji" using the traditional Yamahai method. The lingering aftertaste is deep and long-lasting, with a rich and profound umami flavor.
