"It has a rich aroma reminiscent of custard, such as eclair. It has a freshness, as if drops of fine grapes squeezed out have dripped onto the hand and volatilised. The deep, gentle flavour and depth of sweetness are intoxicating, with a complex, long aftertaste that you should definitely drink slowly. Recommended served cold."

"It has a vibrant aroma with predominant notes of grapefruit and mandarin. There is a delightful scent of sweet melon and a gentle fragrance reminiscent of freshly cooked rice. The taste is a smooth and refined junmai daiginjo. It has a refreshing and light sweetness, reminiscent of sugared water. It is recommended to serve this sake at a temperature between 10°C and 15°C. Enjoy it in a small balloon glass as an aperitif."
