"Bursting with the aroma of bananas and Semedain, this sake exhibits a feminine sweetness reminiscent of ripe Western pears. It gracefully transitions into a finish with a refreshing scent of fresh bay leaves. The creamy texture and depth of flavor create an impressive start, complemented by the vibrant freshness and acidity of kumquats, allowing you to fully appreciate the deliciousness of the rice and brewing water. It can be enjoyed both warm and chilled."

"It features the rich aroma of grapefruit and mandarin as the predominant notes, harmonizing with the smooth fragrance of white mochi dumplings and the toasted aroma of vanilla wafers. The taste overall is gentle and mellow. It has a smooth richness and a slightly lingering aftertaste. It is recommended to serve at a temperature range of 10 to 15°C, in a smaller tulip glass. It can also be aged in the refrigerator at a lower temperature."
