Professional Review

"It has a fresh aroma of grapefruit and sweeties, young biwa, and a slightly bitter note like cocoa nibs. As the temperature rises a little, a sweet aroma like grapefruit emerges. In the mouth, the freshness is still present, with nuances of wildflowers and watercress. In its complexity, you can feel the humid flavour and nostalgia of green bamboo grass and river beds. It can also be enjoyed lukewarm."

Pairing Suggestion: Seafood bouillabaisse, raw scallops and Hokiyori mussels with sashimi or carpaccio.
